Ihr Lieben, so lange keine Zeile, keine Illu mehr von mir... Ich bin abgetaucht in einer Horde Blaufußtölpel (Ihr seht, sie lassen mich nicht los) und damit Ihr die Zeit vertrieben bekommt bis ich endlich fertig bin, gibt es nun ab und an ein kleines Puzzelstück aus meinem neuen Werk.

Hello friends, so long no posting, no illustration... I am lost in a gaggle of blue footed boobies (you see they are still on my mind) and to kill your time until I'm finally ready with this creation here is a piece of a puzzle once in a while. 

Herr Daddel

Bisher hatte ich Euch ja noch nicht Herrn Daddel richtig vorgestellt: 2010 entwickelte ich ihn und  gestalte seitdem für Pentadoc Consulting regelmäßig einen Comic über diesen durchschnittlichen, nicht sehr fantasiebegabten und konservativen Sachbearbeiter, der immer wieder an den prozessunoptimierten Vorgängen in seiner Firma scheitert. Bisher sind schon 11 Episoden entstanden und gerade sitze ich an der nächsten, die ich Euch bald zeigen kann.
Aber hier erst mal für Euch die letzte, um Herrn Daddel schon mal kennen zu lernen. Über die Pentadoc-Website könnt Ihr auch alle anderen anschauen. Übrigens hat Herr Daddel sogar eine Facebook- und Twitter-Seite!


Until now I didn't really introduce Mr. Daddel to you: 2010 I developed him and since then I regularly create a comic for Pentadoc-Consulting about this average, not very imaginative and very conservative accounting clerk, who all over again collapses over the not very optimized processes of his company. Until now 11 episodes came to life and right now I work on the next one I can show you soon. But for now I have the last one for you to get in touch with Mr. Daddel. Ein Tag im Zoo

Vorgestern war ich mit meiner lieben Kollegin Virginia Romo im Zoo Stuttgarts, der Wilhelma, um ein wenig meine Skizzenbücher zu füllen. Das war teilweise sehr herausfordernd, leider halten die meisten Tiere nicht still - aber das war ja auch der Zweck der Übung, nicht wahr?

The day before yesterday I visited the zoo of Stuttgart, called "Wilhelma" together with my dear colleague Virginia Romo to fill my sketch book a bit. This was partly quite challenging, unfortunately most of the animals never really stop moving - well but it was the plan to practice that, wasn't it?

Mein Tölpelchen

Heute habe ich einen Blaufußtölpel geschenkt bekommen. Genauer gesagt eine Patenschaft für einen dieser niedlichsten und merkwürdigsten Vögel der Erde. Ist doch eine schöne Vorstellung, dass da irgendwo auf einer der Inseln Galapagos' ein kleiner Kerl seine blauen Füße zeigt und das auch in Zukunft so weitermachen kann! Und vielleicht irgendwie "meiner" ist. :-)

Today I got a Blue Footed Boobie. Precisely a sponsorship for one of the cutest, peculiar birds on earth. What a nice thought knowing that somewhere on the islands of galapagos there is a small fellow running around showing his blue feet and can also go on with that in the future! And that he is somehow "mine". ;-)
